AXLE is inviting a very small cohort of locations from our favorite brands to help shape what we are launching in 2026. You are on that shortlist because your team is engaged, provides great feedback, and can help us validate new workflows before they are public. Over the past two years, we have rebuilt every product based on direct user insight. We have layered AI throughout each product where it creates meaningful and practical impact. Joining the pilot gives you full access to the new suite of products (and never-before-released features and add-on products) at no extra cost in exchange for candid, constructive feedback. This pilot will kick off mid-December and extend through Q1 2026.

We need you to commit to the following items in order to guarantee this is a huge success.

Sharing screenshots, feature details, internal documentation, or negative commentary outside the pilot group is prohibited. Providing access to competitors of AXLE or anyone not employed by your business is strictly prohibited and is a breach of the terms of your existing AXLE contract. Violations will result in immediate removal from the pilot. This pilot serves as a focus group for public beta testing of new or upcoming AXLE software and app features and features may evolve, improve, be updated, or change direction based on the pilot groups' collective feedback. Everything deployed to the private beta group has been adequately tested internally, but there may be bugs, inconsistencies, or anomalies present during the pilot period. By participating in the pilot, you will continue to access the existing live products if there are any issues preventing your day-to-day business needs. AXLE will not be engaging in day-to-day email support during the pilot. Upon the start of the pilot, you will be provided with easy-to-submit forms to submit any issues, concerns, requests, or suggestions. The AXLE team and the pilot coordinator will be reviewing this feedback on a daily basis and will respond ASAP.
